There I was again. Trapped in history. Trapped in misery. I guess it was the price I had to pay for sins for which there was no remission or recollection.
I was standing in a room that never had seats, except today there was sitting room only.
In front of me was a platform, podium and microphone made of foam.
The room itself must have been made of speakers because each time one of those speakers crept up and spoke, the sound oozed out at such a rapid pace, by the second syllable, the noise expanded to unbearable.
It was time again to go through another one of these part twos of a two-part hell.
Another widely known racist event had been picked out of the pile and publicized, and now the racist collective voice began to seep out.
But I and I had had enough this time around.
As soon as the racist collective began to reach for the mic, I interjected.
“Are you going to lie again?” I loudly rhetoriciized so as to dramatize what was about to be glamorized behind lies sounding like disguised apologize to further traumatize the colonized.
The multi-headed prohibitive inhibited exhibited beast glared at me who dared speak brazenly in the land of the free.
Its eyes crossed as they computed what to do about what could not be refuted, only disputed.
I had no intentions of waiting, so I continued.
“Since you have something to sell, you might as well benefit even more and yet an even greater story to tell. We of the other side will bet everything on the outcome that you came here to and will follow through with the lie. And if you do, you will pay us double the amount of our wager. However you can wager any sum on the outcome that you will not lie. We will give you one billion to one odds."
The crowd gasped until a moment passed and they grasped the natural facts of acts.
Everyone in the room, even racism incarnate went against the favorable odds and took the safest bet to rely on the lie.
