Police are already doing what they are trained to do.
Police are simply people who have a job as a police officer. They do not have any extra measure of moral rightness or love of justice or non-racism genes. What they do have, like most people in a sick-minded society, is a higher potential to abuse whatever power they have.
Understand clearly that people who have jobs in law enforcement do not lose their mental illness, anger and miseducation. Understand clearly that police are the front line face of what politicians want to take place. Understand clearly that politicians are the front line face of what citizens want to take place.

The vast majority of people in all societies do what they have been trained to do, trained to think, trained to behave.
If you think police training, defunding and laws will reduce acts of Maafa racism, you are delusional. You have to believe that the reason for Maafa racism is due to ignorance, miseducation and not enough laws and proper procedures.

Although miseducation is a part of the mental illness anger psychopath sociopath logic and behavior of racist nations, training or teaching the ignorance and miseducation out of people is about as ineffective as the similar okie doke trick of diversity training. By now we should be recognizing all the deceptions of devils.

In other words, Police Training is not the problem, it's home training. It has been clearly proven that all violence starts at home.

No one needs to be trained, taught or educated on the thinking and behavior that makes one a good person (a respecter of the rights of creation). If you don't know right from wrong by age five, then shame on your home training and shame on anyone who allows and enables an adult, all of us having had the benefit of experience and opportunities for self-education, to use lack of police training or home training as an excuse for sick behavior.
