If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Reflecting On What's In A Name
Unity Consciousness #2450

(9awf of 11)

In the name is the understanding of the thing named. Some of the understanding comes from the human namer and some of the understanding comes from the superhuman namer and some of the understanding comes from the thing being named.

When we reflect our focus and thoughts upon something, automatically the universe tries to reconnect us so the reflection coming back at us is a true reflection.
In the current human state of much disconnect, this often takes a lot more time than we allow for reflection.

Needless to say, most of us do not understand our own name or the names of pretty much anything else. We do not understand the words coming out of our mouths.
This makes it difficult to have healthy knowledge of self and all else.
If we had sufficient understandings of our names, we would have sufficient understandings of who we were, where we came from and why we are here. All that is in the name.

Reflect. Look more into what your name means. Do not stop at the suboptimal context websites only giving you the surface, the partial, the most recent.
Only pause when you reach Africa. Then proceed to the Nile Valley. Then head into the holy of holies of Inner Africa (known as the Great Lakes region).
As need be for this journey, check out any word that arouses curiosity.

By the way, re-flect is re-khekh is ra-khekh is...

Reflection is about recognizing (re-cognizing) what is in the mirror. Each sense we use to recognize something is the same as looking into a mirror at a mirror image reflection in another metaform. There are more types of mirrors than visual mirrors. For instance, an echo is an auditory mirror. When we hear a sound, we are trying to recognize it based on comparison to self and something else we have already assigned a name to.
