Based on the previous message, but actually long before, we should be asking why don't we hear about resveratrol more as an appropriate measure, preventative and therapeutic, in the fight against covid. Plenty research has been done. Even without this johnny-come-lately research, we know reservatrol is found in food. We know food is medicine. Even if we didn't know resveratrol or any other substance is found in food, we still know food is medicine. We know this for the simple reason of what existed before current medication (man-made attempts to mimic medicine while profiting financially and creating mental dependency).Why are we not hearing about all the foods that are known to have antiviral properties? Why are we not hearing about food and nutrition as primary measures in the fight against coronavirus and any other ailment we have?
Why isn't this fundamental science being parroted all day everyday by the talking heads from WHO to Fauci, from the Surgeon General from the CDC Director from Heads of Governments from Media Mouthpieces from the parade of pre-programmed-to-be-estranged experts?Because they are medicated on miseducation, fear and just plain ole cancerous spirit who will say and do anything for money and prestige as placebo substitutes for healthy self-esteem knowledge of self.
Food as medicine works better than vaccines and ventilators, just not in the hands of those who are in love with a suboptimal worldview, definitions, meanings, thought processes.

Bioavailability is one of those terms humans use who can't figure out how to extract an active ingredient and get enough of it and/or get it to work the same as it would when that active ingredient is consumed in food.Do not be deceived when you read something has low bioavailability. That's a human problem, namely the pharmaceutical companies trying to mimic nature using flawed logic and intentions.
