According to Barbara Walter, author of “How Civil War Starts,” one of several predictors of Civil War is whether or not a country is moving away from or towards democracy. In her appearance on MSNBC's Joy Reid show on 1/11/22, everything Ms. Walter said was exactly talking about the USA since its inception and indicative of many other countries.The failure of human thinking and behavior goes back at least to when Greece and Rome invaded Egypt.
Yet, it goes back much farther when people began to come into areas occupied by others or used by others for their life and existence. At some point upon coming into those areas, either immediately or later, the incoming people, always the incoming ones, began to presume they had more rights to the land and its resources than the people who were already there. This is how war starts. Once a land is invaded, infected, overtaken and colonized by a viral group of people, the only way for the invaders to remain in power is to maintain war against the earlier people and keep ongoing generations of invading offspring in a war frame of mind, while making it seem like patriotism and freedom.
When you come into possession of land via uncivil war, then civil war comes with the territory.As a prime example, understand clearly how this applies to the white collective worldwide. They ran around occupying lands by means of uncivil war and then had civil wars and then, amongst themselves, had global civil wars called world wars.
Do not remain asleep to the fact that uncivil and civil war simultaneously exists when humans take over and run roughshod over habitats of other organisms, while simultaneously labeling other organisms as invasive, pests and weeds. Democracy logic does not put self way before the extended self, thus not even allowing self to operate from a balanced context worldview utamawazo that can guide a group of people to organize themselves into a democracy and maintain that democracy with continuous vigilance and due diligence.
When Did Democracy Exist In The USA?
1. Certainly not at the inception infection of the USA.2. Obviously not when chattel slavery was en vogue.
3. Obviously not by 1863 when the Civil War Started.
4. Obviosly not after 1865 when all post war promises to the enslaved were reneged and doubled down in all institutions, non-democracy existing all over even as of January 11, 2022.
5. Obviously not if women did not have the right to vote.
6. Obviously not if separate and unequal is the norm, defacto and dejure.
7. Obviously not if the incarceration of African Blacks is the prefabricated norm.
8. Obviously not if the exercise of rights, thinking and behavior by citizens is predetermined by all the lies, the lies the country has installed in the cultural psyche to keep both the white collective favored group and minority disfavored group, pledging allegiance to the oppressive power of the Republic for which it stands.
9. Obviously not if a country promotes unachievable separation of church and state in an attempt to keep you operating with a split personality that fosters and festers contradictions and inconsistencies and all manner of pandemics.
From Presidents George Washington, Jim Crow, Donald Trump and Joe Biden, democracy in the USA has not never ever existed by any stretch,shape, form, function or fashion.
Understand clearly that the British invasion of North America was uncivil. Then came the Spanish and the French. 13 British colonies waged civil war called the American Revolution. Then came another British majority civil war in 1863 for political power and financial greed. The 13 colonies now became the North and South, Yankees and Confederates, Democrats & Republicans, and were at odds because democracy did not exist.Why would there need to be a Civil Rights Movement in the 1950's and 1960's that Dr. King is noted for, if democracy existed during those decades?
Stop foolishly thinking that just because you can vote, that a democracy exists.
Calling an internal and external, foreign and domestic, terrorist nation a democracy will never make it a democracy.
Make a list of all the evidences that convince you a democracy exists or existed in the USA?
At some point you might want to find the true definition of democracy.
Waiting on the televised, internet and radio media to tell you, will get you nowhere near home.
