Validation has been discussed. Also satisfaction, self-esteem and self-estimation.These topics have also been discussed as it relates to humans who have the job of police officer. This message revisits that combination from another angle.
Computers must validate logic in order to function properly.
When corrupt logic gets past the validation step, the computer begins to behave not as intended by the Maker and the User.
Left uncorrected, the corrupt logic will corrupt other logic until the computer causes more and more malfunction, then crashes.
We seek it as a means to verify we are thinking and behaving in an acceptable fashion.
Problem is, we seek validation from other humans rather than seeking it from the motherboard and operating system upon which humans are based. That operating system and mother board and genetic code comes from Earth, ecosystem, universe.
So we take humans who seek validation from others and we know how unhealthy and self-destructive that is.
Then we take humans who can't get no validation except through their jobs.
Then we see how dangerous this can be in jobs such as police officers.
The police officer is not validated at home, or within themselves or in their workplace, so they take the path of least resistance which is to insist on respect from citizen encounters.
Self-esteem is about personal feelings of pride, worth and value, thus validate my thinking and behavior based on societal programming.
Self-estimation is about how much of my logic fits appropriately into the healthy universal ecosystem whole, thus validate my thinking and behavior based on self and all else.
