When life and existence is kept at the superficial level, we can tolerate being constantly told a lot of lies piled wide and high.However, what we can't tolerate is someone constantly reminding us with evidence, that we are being lied to all the live long day.
We tolerate that which we think is critical to our survival, in descending order of importance to us.
In our midgetized mindsets of awareness, we don't have much room for what we consider critical (the list is short), but we do have a lot of room for what is intolerable to the survival of others.
And this is why, in all societies, extreme levels of evil and nonsense is tolerated, as evidenced by lack of unrelenting insistent public outrage.
By The Way: No, we do not tolerate that which we can't control, don't think we can control or think we have no power over. This is evidenced, for example, by our incessant attempts to control nature.We tolerate the intolerable that we could change, but instead we use many excuses, including the “Serenity Prayer,” as an escapegoat to dull the conscious and null the responsibility of conscience to self-correct us.
And this is why, as an epitome example, the white collective and their people of color wannabes, can tolerate intolerable Maafa Racism and seek absolution within self by claiming denial of all-institutional racism existence against African Blacks and denial of participation by omission, commission, and being in possession of ill-gotten privileges and stolen property built on the backs of stolen land and stolen people whose generational impact remains to this day, which is why, for example there is tolerance for infringing of voting rights from the get-go of the USA.
