A constitution whose surface wording (its firstspeak) indicates intent to uphold rights of creation, yet simultaneously, its hidden intent (its secondspeak) lowrates the rights of creation as evidenced by displays of the society's character, then this is a constitution that was never meant to make room for restitution (reparations, make whole, provide rest). Why would it?
Even the equal opportunity laws and anti-discrimination laws and apologies of America, the Vatican and countries in Europe for crimes against Africans, are representative of the firstspeak portion of doublespeak which serves as nutriment for their stinking rotten asili. We know this because there is no evidence of abating the major ills of the society, not even for those in the favored group whose ill-gotten privilege is its own ankh noose.
In countries that practice Maafa racism, it is unconstitutional to “do the right thing” or make room for restitution. Therefore, as the experiences of our ancestors have told us over and over again, if we seek a major change in the societal thinking and behavior structure (institutions, thus culture) in honoring the rights of creation, then we must make no appeal to the country's constitution and place no reliance on its laws. This is tantamount to spinning the roulette wheel where any gain quickly disappears unless we walk away or bring down the house with one fell systematic swoop.
