Information changes first in universal spiritual form then in universal physical form. This then travels throughout each layer of creation, affecting them in their spirit-mind-emotion, then manifesting physically.In other words change, awareness and understanding moves from within to without and above to below.
This means that the Galaxy, Solar System, Sun, Moon, Earth, plants and animals become aware of information before human animals and understand that information before human primates. .Gnats & Motes
Watching the news keeps me informed.Human governments and their media institutions are the last to know and last to understand. Those who rely on them will be the last of the last to become aware and likely ones who will never understand what's going on, what has happened and what is to come.
