Salt, Pepper & Herbs Changing Seasonings
Phase One

Salt is a combination of sodium and chlorine (in the form of chloride). Sodium and Chlorine are elements. They are elementals. Human cells need elementals such as calcium, sodium, potassium, chlorine, magnesium, selenium, phosphorus, zinc, iodine and more. Plant cells need the same. Where else are we supposed to get these elements from? Please don't continue to say, “from meat or from dairy.” The meat we eat, eats plants.

If it is true we need two elements: (sodium and chlorine) to season our food in the form of salt, then we should also need these other elements to season our food. Why is it always just sodium and chloride? Marketing, evil manipulation, miseducation, poisoning, keeping life in suboptimal mode, etc.
The taste we associate with salt is the sodium, not the chlorine. Once again, the modern education programming on this subject is quite convoluted polluted.

We've been led to think salt comes from salt water and from some mountain of salt that has to be dug out – therefore we need to add it to food. Although salt does come from water and rock, sodium and chlorine are also in the Earth & Water wherever plants grow. If you see some plants growing naturally, you have a high degree of certainty they contain sodium and chlorine.
The food humans eat needs to have sodium and chlorine added in the form of salt because our taste buds are at fault. They have been dulled and need to be recalibrated. Secondly, we destroy food all the way through the growth process to everything that happens before we eat the food. We make up for this fault-ridden process by using seasonings. We call it, “knowing how to cook.”

We add back nutrients (seasonings) that we have diminished throughout the process. And we don't even wonder why, despite “knowing how to cook” we are still malnourished, We are full but malnourished.

I'll say it again. We are being sold salt and pepper as seasonings as a marketing trick and to cover up the fact our food is bland because the food is suboptimal, along with our bodies, minds, emotions and spirit-souls, which are also suboptimized to fit this Age of Suboptimal.

Taste Change For A Change

Taste is ta-as-te, thus land-water-duality.
Taste is the balance of the water and earth duality which contains all elements, thus is seasoned. Earth and water are already seasoned, so plants are seasoned, so what eats the plants should be seasoned which is why properly grown plants and meat, consumed properly tastes like concentrated life, that recreates the sensation of creation when we eat it.
So we are using seasonings (salt and pepper) to try to restore the taste of balance.
What we're supposed to be using as seasoning is other plants (herbs).

Begin eating cleaner foods in fresher condition and you will get more of the flavor you need and more of the seasonings that are changing logic everywhere elements exist.

We have already been reminded to drink water, now we must eat earth to restore the flavor to that which feeds life.
