Sekh is related to Sekh which is a form of Sakh which is a form of Sa, Ka, Kakh & Khekh.
The fire water of Sekhet is a magical fluid, ichor, liquor that is the “blood” of the gods and immortals. It is the substance that gives everlasting life. This fire water gives health, vigor, and new life. Of course it does, it is the water of life and of all creation. Sekhet is the energy, power and spirit-soul that is the cause of all effects. Sekhet exists first in every section every second. Sekhet as a liquid essence of life has been bastardized to become today's liquor called fire water and spirits that is used to add inner heat to the body and used to deaden pain in place of healing. Sekhet is dual in nature – negative-positive, female-male, etc.
Sekhet is the Great Mother. In her first form as Mother Earth she is water. In her second form as Mother of fire, she is Sekhet. (BB 470/482); (NG1 532/550) Sekhet is also the name of corn, seed, field and forest.

During one part of the cycle, the mother principle guides this process.
During the second part, the father principle guides this process, thus the different principle determines the dominant nature of spirit-soul and matter.
This is what creates the dynamics of duality in the universe.
Spirit-soul and matter are created under two different contexts of Sekhet. (AE1 439-441/449-451) Sekhet and its meanings coincide with Sekhem as one of the seven parts of a permanent soul in humans. Review the link above on Sekhet to get a fuller effect and connect to Khekh.
