Rain comes in many forms such as condensation, evaporation and dew for instance. Distance traveled or direction of travel does not change a fundamental thing.
We know about rain. We know it comes at various times in various amounts for various durations.
That's enough of a foundation to look at rain a different way by considering ourselves, each person as a drop of rain.
We need to make it rain something of greater value than dollar bills.
Make it rain something everybody has.
Make it rain unity.
Rain ain't rain unless it comes down in a unified manner at the same time all at once. Otherwise we may or may not notice it, and if we do, we tend to call it moisture.
Be it rain power, black power and/or African power, that power comes only from the organized masses. Unless rain gets together and comes down all at once, ain't nobody caring or changing their behavior. That why Africans must come together and move together. Who can stop the rain from falling? Who can stop it from flowing flowing across the land or moving in streams, creeks and rivers?
Once rain comes together and decides to fall, it runs its course. And only when it stops raining is there ever really any hope of being able to deal with the rain. The rain determines what happens.
Once again, rain has only one name. So must we.
Earth needs rain. Earth needs new rain to help cleanse it and refresh it. This is why the star cycles of Aquaria-Aquarius and Shu-Tefnut (Kepheus) are creating the rainy season of the Great Year. We know water is flowing more than ever in the water cycle. The Great Year Cycle is more powerful than the goings on of Earth and its inhabitants. So even if Africans don't make it rain to change things, the Ages are making it rain. Change is coming one way or another. Either Africans will rise to their rightful place or the world of humans will be reduced to a near clean slate state. This must be so because we are crossing over into the optimal portion of the cycle and societies worldwide are suboptimal, some a lot more than others. It is these societies in which change must absolutely and will come. If that change is not made willingly and wisely towards the optimal, then by a combination of human and superhuman forces, that change will come via much more upheaval in order to reach fulfillment of the Ages and their Star Lords who come in peace but are not opposed to war, and in fact, are growing more impatient by the moment as pressure tension continues to build.
Here's the last perspective. It rains frequently in rainforests because all the trees and plants are together. They all pull moisture from the soil and release moisture into the air. The forest itself makes it rain, not the other way around. Rain starts from the ground up. It must rain up inside us before we can make it rain down. In other words, we Africans must re-nourish ourselves in all needful things and release that into our environment in order to make it rain on the larger environment.
