If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

Danger Of Ghana's Reverse Mortgage Leadership Ideology
Unity Consciousness #1971

Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao says corrupt African leaders are a small part of the problem compared to the colonialists. I agree; however it imperative that we are aware of the nature of what certain African governments are doing so we'll know how to direct our support and where we need to seek political change so we won't be surprised later on when the true intents are clearly revealed by lack of progress for Africans and progress for colonialists. Go back to day one of current governments and get the statistics and then compare to what has changed as of 2019. This should tell you enough but not if you use simple measures that don't really tell the real story. An economy improving is one thing, but in what areas and for whom? In most instances, very little has improved for the have nots. This must be the base measure. This is why continuous political involvement must be part of the agenda for all citizens. We cannot never ever assume government at any level is doing the right thing.

Year of Return, Year of Return, Year of Return. That's all Ghana is talking about as it's claim to fame. Followers of this blog have already seen several messages mentioning Ghana. Those message tell a much more comprehensive story about what should be in the discussion and assessment of Ghana; yet there is even more than what I've listed. Ghana as a destination and place is good. Leaders are another thing.

In a basic sense, Ghana is being promoted, marketed and advertised as the example for all African leaders to follow. This alone tells us Ghana is on the wrong track.

In the past few days, Ghana and Nana Akufo have been in the news about how great they are doing. Everything being talked about is being discussed in a non-critical analysis political campaign way and in a non-fact checking way. More of the truth has already been discussed elsewhere as to the nature of what the leadership of Ghana is doing.

In short, they are betraying Ghana, selling Ghana and positioning Ghana as the premier plantation for the continuation of colonization.

Diasporans are being used to further this agenda by playing on our desire to come home to Africa. We praise Ghana without understanding the innerworkings. This praise in unwittingly giving credibility to leadership that has very little. Well, we're coming home alright, but to a Ghana that has taken out a reverse mortgage. We are moving from the frying pan in the USA and into the simmering pot in Ghana, that is slowly being tied up in every which way by foreigners and their ideologies.

Ghana is being robbed and sold for the fool's gold of national prestige based on suboptimal theory and the Asian Continent Utamawazo.

By itself, The Year of Return is a good thing and should be emulated with certain modifications to integrate traditions and rural areas. However. The Year of Return is being used to give wholesale credibility to a leadership that is filled with misguided corrupt polices that are the anti-thesis to Pan-Africanism.

Social media in the hands of Africans are being used to further this agenda. Some of the social media sites are doing so due to Giri So thinking; however most are doing so knowingly being sellouts, selfish and betraying Pan-Africanism. All they want to do is be cheerleaders for bad play calling.

1. This article praises Nana of Ghana for encouraging chiefs to give land to diasporans,
2. Here's an advertisement to get Nana reelected in Ghana
3. Nana Akufo, poor countries in Africa can not solve their problems!

2020 is going to continue to reveal a lot about a lot.
Let's hope we can get out of a lot of agreements and situations our current leaders are getting us into.

The way a reverse mortgage works is that a financial institution gives you money up front while you are living in your house, then when you move on (die), the house becomes the property of the financial institution. When current leaders of some African countries move on, many of the citizens are going to wonder why the country is now owned by someone else. They didn't think about it earlier because they were looking at the face of ownership rather than the legal agreements of ownership that nobody is talking about and keeping eyes on.
