If you do not understand racism (white supremacy) and how it works, everything else you understand will only confuse you. - Neely Fuller

We need something to clarify everything for us, because we get confused...but if we use the concept of Asili, we will understand that whatever it is they are doing, whatever terms they use, however they come at you, you need to be thinking about what? How is this going to facilitate their power and help them to dominate me? -Marimba Ani

The Value Addition Model That Subtracts From Africa
Unity Consciousness #1982

.

( 9aej of 11)

There's a long running cartoon meme where two characters are dividing up something and one of them is assumed to be in charge and is using a counting method that goes something like: one for you and two for me, one for you and three for me, one for you and four for me...
The trick in this method getting over on someone is allowing someone else to determine the method of counting, do the counting and lull you to sleep with the spellbinding rhythm of their words, because you believe them when they say they want to help you.

Along these lines, this same thing is taking place over and over again in hundreds of ways in Africa. This is something that has been bugging like a fly on the wall that won't let you have any peace at all. For the past several months, I'm frequently reminded of yet another way in which Africa is still being robbed by train rape by the world's dumbest criminals whose logic to deceive for greed, only has room to breathe, breed and succeed due to being received by thieves, the naive and those who simply believe.

Value Stream #1 – (Primary Value Stream)

a) Inherent Value of Raw Material (includes quality and other aspects such as organic)
b) Perceived Value (combination of inherent and actual plus supply-demand)
c) Pre-agreement market value (inherent value plus perceived value)
d) Agreed Value of a-c above. (Exchange Value, Barter Value) This can and often should consist of more than just an agreed upon price. When exchanging goods and services, think of all these transactions as compensation packages. Every aspect, detail and parameter is negotiable.
e) Post agreement market value (this value is included in supply-demand and must be consciously considered as a separate component in determining pre-agreement market value).
The person or group establishing the value should reach this point in the process and then go back to the perceived value and make sure it has accounted for the post-agreement market value. Finally a minimum, mid and upper value range should be established. Under each range, list what combination of aspects of the compensation package would make that value an acceptable value.

Value Stream #2 – (Secondary Value Stream)

a) Value Addition
b) Perceived Value (combination of actual plus supply-demand)
c) Pre-agreement market value (inherent value plus perceived value)
d) Agreed Value of a-c above. (Exchange Value, Barter Value) This can and often should consist of more than just an agreed upon price. When exchanging goods and services, think of all these transactions as compensation packages. Every aspect, detail and parameter is negotiable.
e) Post-agreement market value (this value is included in supply-demand and must be consciously considered as a separate component in determining pre-agreement market value)
The person or group establishing the value should reach this point in the process and then go back to the perceived value and make sure it has accounted for the post-agreement market value. Finally a minimum, mid and upper value range should be established. Under each range, list what combination of aspects of the compensation package would make that value an acceptable value.

Africans are being tricked by dishonest leaders and by those who lack knowledge of self and by those who are simply inept in a Ronald Reagan, Dan Quayle, George W Bush and SOB Trump sort of way.
Africa continues to allow its resources to be given away, stolen and not even come close to full value.

Africans are allowing their raw materials to bypass and ignore Value Stream #1 and be placed into Value Stream #2 at a partial perceived value that is less than the inherent value of Value Stream #1. This perceived value then becomes the defacto automatic pre-agreement value and agreed value. This then leaves the buyers of African raw materials to reap the massive profits from the Post-agreement market value of both value streams. This is capitalism aka anti-African economics.

For instance, Africa's cacao nuts, the most important raw ingredient of chocolate, is being sold at just over $1 per pound whereas I just heard that lobster from other parts of the world sells for $40 to $50 dollars per pound. Understand clearly that the cacao farmers are receiving less than thirty-three cents per pound. This payment comes out of the one-dollar overall exchange price agreed upon by the African country's government.

This out in the open rape is taking place constantly without widespread outcry because Africa is being confused to focus on the value addition aspect that transforms raw materials. This misdirected focus causes Africa to forget and ignore the value addition created by helping transform the raw material to maturity and through harvest and to processing and to packaging for the first middleman (transporter and/or wholesaler). Thus Africa's valuation of cacao does not account for the value of the farmer's labor, overhead costs or knowledge.

Value Stream #3 – (Consolidated Value Stream)

1. Inherent Value (raw materials, includes quality and other aspects such as organic)
a) Perceived Value (combination of inherent and actual plus supply-demand)
b) Pre-agreement market value (inherent value plus perceived value)
2. Value Addition (labor)
a) Perceived Value
b) Pre-agreement market value
3. Value Addition (overhead)
a) Perceived Value
b) Pre-agreement Value
4. Value Addition (knowledge, process)
a) Perceived Value
b) Pre-agreement value
5. Consolidated Agreed Value of 1-4 above. (Exchange Value, Barter Value) This can and often should consist of more than just an agreed upon price. When exchanging goods and services, think of all these transactions as compensation packages. Every aspect, detail and parameter is negotiable.
6. Post agreement market value (this value is included in supply-demand and must be consciously considered as a separate component in determining pre-agreement market value)
The person or group establishing the value should reach this point in the process and then go back to the perceived value and make sure it has accounted for the post-agreement market value. Finally a minimum, mid and upper value range should be established. Under each range, list what combination of aspects of the compensation package would make that value an acceptable value.

Let us be certain to understand that Africans should only discuss the Consolidated Agreed Value and its three value ranges. Africans should understand what areas of the transaction they have the most leverage and are in the driver's seat. Do not waiver or capitulate. If none of the three compensation packages can be agreed upon, then Africans should keep their products or services and use them in Africa or preserve them for later use.
It would be wise if all of the major producers of a resource in Africa worked together, however, due to the nature of leadership, this is not yet possible as evidenced by the fake cooperation between Ghana and the Ivory Coast designed to fool the people and continue to disadvantage Ghana, Ivory Coast and Africa.

Africans, we must stop allowing all of our value and resources to be revalued and devalued by others and allow their knowledge to overrule and discount our knowledge.

Knowledge of self and all else in the context of the Optimal Theory aka the African Utamawazo allows us to swiftly move towards the following reset mindset
“You want some of this? Come get it, but first you're going to pay upfront based on what we say it's worth.
Understand clearly Africans, that when you possess something of great desired value, that cannot easily or economically be replaced with an equal or greater substitute, then you are in a position to self-determine what is acceptable to you.
This is what Africans anywhere must keep in mind when we are exchanging good and services, value for value for our raw materials, labor, knowledge or other types of resources.

Right now, we are still too thirsty for respect on the world stage in the current global game being played. Thus we are doomed as long as we continue to play by our enemy's rules.
