You cannot become a butterfly while you are still moving about as a caterpillar. Being a caterpillar is all good and is a frequent stage you must go through in different shapes, forms, fashions and at different times in your life cycle. However, at some point, you must cease nearly all caterpillar behavior, except that which helps you get to the next level of existence. You must begin to insulate yourself with that which will help you transform and move to the next stage of maturation. In order to do so, you must be willing to leave behind a great deal of the worldview you've come to know. You must separate your body, spirit, mind and emotions to the largest degree possible, in order to go into an incubation period where you reconfigure your logic according to what you specifically need in accordance with your destinypurposes. These destinypurposes will be reminded to you during incubation.
Likewise another thing becomes chrysalis clear.
Your spirit is a moth on its way to becoming a butterfly.
Your spirit is the caterpillar inside you.
You, in the current structure of your body-mind-emotions, are the chrysalis to your spirit child.
This spirit-soul is seeking, craving, wanting, needing transformation inside self so that it will be given wings through your growth in beingness.
Through this continuous process, you become a spiritual butterfly.
This spiritual butterfly allows the moth spirit incubating in the darkness inside you to blossom into the light so it clearly shows outside of self.
Meanwhile, a butterfly is still a caterpillar, except now that caterpillar has the full range from Giri So to So Dayi awareness.
