Summarizing Names Of Heaven & Finding Purpose
It appears the word Raqia is used specifically for the second heaven, but also applied to the first heaven in conjunction with the name of the first heaven. Raqia also seems to be used in general to mean heaven. (2 Enoch 44.7) Araboth Raqia is used to refer to the seventh heaven as the highest and also to the tenth heaven as the highest. It appears these two high heavens exist simultaneously, the seventh at the pole, the tenth likely at the celestial equator where there is a Judgment Hall also as discussed. Which of these two is the lower court and which is the Supreme Court is unclear in Enoch, but other studies indicate the Seventh Heaven at the Pole would be the highest power representing the Seven Elementals and also the highest literally. A higher number does not necessarily indicate a higher power no more than Many is always a higher power than One. We know the two divisions of heaven exist simultaneously since there were seven divisions, ten divisions and seventy divisions. The seven building on the one. The ten on the seven. The seven as a result of the seven times one. The seventy as a result of ten times seven. The highest of each division might all exist at the Pole. The Pole extends from the Top to the Bottom of the Circle (Heaven, Universe). The Pole is the point around which all things revolve. The Pole represents fixed stability. The Equinox celestial equator represents flexible agility. This is a likely clue to understanding more about the nature of the seventh heaven in relation to the tenth and then later in relation to the twelfth heaven. The Universe is called Tebel and Earth is called Gehanna. Gehanna must be a later form of that which relates to Khent.Second heaven is called Raqia and Merom.
First heaven is called Shamayim or Raqia Shamayim. (NG2 248)

Seventh heaven is called Araboth Raqia, Araboth and Raqia.
Tenth heaven is also called Araboth Raqia, Araboth, Raqia and Aravoth. Ten divisions of heaven existed before the Flood of Noah. The entire period in the JC Bible prior to the Flood, took place before the Solar Mythology Eschatology and the Aten of Ra Ma, the Atum of Ra Pa, the Sun of God and the Tafari of Jah. In the Books of Enoch, the solar division of heaven into twelve divisions has not yet taken place. Genesis before the Flood, crams, jam packs and rushes past hundreds of thousands of years in the life of homo sapiens and millions of years of earlier humans. It takes the same approach to the multiple forms of knowledge these humans accumulated, all of which we still use in some shape, form and fashion. The JC Bible tells us everybody spoke one language on one day, then the next day they spoke 70 different languages.
This type of approach to process, development, evolution as it relates to the real world, was an attempt to rush and brush past a biblical opening that was not able to substantiated. Then those men hurried up to get past Noah and them by cutting and pasting names and lineages so they could finally get to Abraham where the understandings of the new school re-writers actually begins.
Because this is where the comfort level and beginner's comprehension level was, with Abraham is where we begin to get more details as the re-writers scanned through many older manuscripts. Starting from Abraham only required an opaque view of the Ages of Draconis, Wepwawet, Gemini, Taurus, Aries and Pisces. Only a small sense of two to four thousands years of Mythology Eschatology needed to be understood in order to hoodwink the people and cause us to run amok. This period of time has caused generations to be stillborn to knowledge of self. And we've died so many times this way, we're only just coming to life. In the past 6,000 years, people, forgot how to read the signs of nature, so then they had to rely more and more on reading the lines in a book in order to acquire understandings. This skill is last acquired because people read and wrote in different ways that connected their awareness to the source and subject matter of their reading and writing.
If the best we can say about the information we rely on is that it came from such and such person, then we are in a lot of trouble. It causes us to debate the merits of humans and throws us off track regardless of which side we take. The source of all information has, and always will be, nature, however disfigured the translation or interpretation. You as a natural being and all else as natural beings are the source of all information and understandings.
Of course this includes other humans, but if we mainly use humans in order to achieve understandings, especially once we become grown folks, then we might as well also try to take one pinch of salt to season all the food we'll ever eat. And never use any other form of seasoning (reasoning). Today's humans cannot arrive at the need to seek understandings via a natural world context by reading and writing the way we do today using the utamawazo worldview context we use today. This is true of those who are considered the best readers and writers. Those considered the most literate. If you are not going to take a good look at yourself, then look at others who supposedly can read and write but don't understand the nature of self, the nature of what's going on, what has happened or the nature of all else, or the nature of cycles even though millions of cycles are part of our daily lives.
This illiteracy is due to not being able to read and write in optimal form.
Learn To Read Backwards
Once again we are reminded that reading and writing the way we do today is a relatively new human skill. People transferred information in many other ways. We know they did so orally and through son, dance, ceremonies, names clothing, adornments and so on. We have no clue what those things mean today, but we still use them.Anyone alive today is only one or four generations removed from their ancestors learning how to read and write the modern weaker way.
Thus then, since today's humans are still in early stage first steps toddler mode, the more advanced steps of reading and writing have been delayed. Those steps involve the expansion, extension of reading and writing which is to move beyond being able to recognize the forms of letters, sounds and spoon-fed definitions. That is not really reading comprehension, it is reading recognition and reading memorization and reading recitation of what someone else told you it means without you having any means to understand whether or not it's true in the grand scheme. To really have what we call reading and writing literacy, we must move beyond the roteness of reading to the re-cognizing the letters, sounds and definitions back and back to earlier forms of nature so as to connect to more roots and origins so that no longer in our minds do branches represent the tree but rather the trunk that leads to more branches and then the roots that branch and then finally the one seed, that regenerates through every part of the tree.

God is being reborn and so is the Word. We try to grasp as much as we can, then we move on to other things, study other things, rest, move on, come back.
When we have reached the point where we absolutely need to understand the information right then and there, AND we are committed as an Initiate seeking to become Adept in our beingness, then seeing this, teachers appear. Understand how our attempts to understand the heavens and the elementals and all else therein contained, are frustrated and self-complicated when we have not yet remembered the Pangaea of Earth and how it became the continents, islands, seas, oceans, gulfs. And yet the Pangaea still remains. Understanding how to reach the optimal way helps us put the doublecheck on what we read on the page. This way we'd know that the name of the infamous continent that isn't a continent because our self-educated knowledge of nature would have stared at those words on the page and said, what the heck is this nonsense?
Get in the right mindset.Additional understandings continue to diffuse causing membrane change from impenetrable to semi-permeable to permeable. By following the path of Angels encountered every which way on the path, we are reminded everything in the superhuman world is named based on its purpose.
Then get in the right context.
Then YOU, in any form of IU, will guide your next step.

Re-membering Names Of Other Angels, Not Just The Words, But Also The Meanings
Since humans are a smaller world included within the superhuman world, all of our names are also based on our purpose. This is so even if we don't currently understand it or our parents didn't or they tell us reasons that we have not figured out how those meanings connect to our purpose. Even if your parents blindfolded themselves, flipped the pages of a book, put their finger down, and that became your name, that process was still guided by the superhuman. Ultimately this means all of us were named by God, through his angels, through other angels and so on until it reached the person who named us. Before you came out of the womb, you were born in the womb. As a result, you were already named by God through the Assisting Angels. Your Name primarily identifies your spirit-soul and its purpose, these two being the same thing and the same name. Review purpose, destiny and destinypurpose. You are not dead, but you are asleep in your purpose until you awaken in your more optimal purpose. Whatever you are doing now or have done in life, are already clues as to your more optimal purpose.Even when we don't know our purpose, we still end up using our genetic potential doing our purpose in lesser, suboptimal ways.
God gave us our genetic potential. If we don't know that, start there.
God gave us our spirit-souls. If you don't know that, start there.
God gave us the name to go with both. You already have all three: the name, the spirit-soul, the genetic potential.
Each one of these three have purpose written all over them and in them.
The more we understand any one of the three, the more we will understand the other two and the more we will understand purpose. If you dare ask God to help you understand this, then you must do what you are told, no matter how little you understand about what you are being told. What need do we have for trust and faith and belief in God, if, despite the nudgings and urgings of spirit-soul, we first need to feel confident in our knowledge and abilities or in the method or source God is working through?
